Refund Policy

AIPrintReady (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) provides on-demand AI image and print preprocessing powered by third-party AI compute (including Google Gemini and equivalent providers). Because every paid generation triggers immediate, metered consumption of those AI resources on your behalf, our refund policy is strict.

1. All sales are final

All paid subscriptions (Hobby, Pro) and one-time top-up credit packs (Refill 30, Refill 80) are non-refundable in any circumstance once the purchase is completed. Credits, whether granted by subscription or by top-up, are a prepaid digital entitlement to AI compute and are deemed consumed upon delivery to your account balance.

2. No refunds for unused credits

We do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused credits, unused subscription days, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with creative output. AI output quality depends on inputs, prompts and external model behaviour, none of which we warrant.

Credits are tracked per batch. Each batch (subscription or top-up) automatically expires and is zeroed out 6 months after the date it was added to your balance. Expired credits are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

3. Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel any active subscription at any time from Account → Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You will retain access to any unused credits already issued for the current billing cycle until they are consumed or until the cycle ends, whichever comes first.

4. Service interruptions

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Short outages do not entitle you to a refund. In the event of an extended outage attributable solely to us, we may, at our sole discretion, credit additional generations to affected accounts.

5. Fraudulent chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue is considered abusive. Accounts associated with such chargebacks may be suspended or terminated and any remaining credits forfeited.
