Terms of Service & Billing

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any paid feature of AIPrintReady (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the paid features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
3. Subscriptions & credits
“Credits” are a prepaid unit of AI compute. Each cloud-side image generation consumes 1 credit. Subscription tiers (Hobby, Pro) grant a monthly allowance (50 or 150 credits respectively). One-time top-up packs (Refill 30 at $1.99, Refill 80 at $3.99) add credits to your balance immediately upon successful payment. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Credit expiry: credits are tracked per batch. Each batch — whether granted by a subscription renewal or a one-time top-up — automatically expires and is zeroed out 6 months after the date it was added to your balance. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
4. Recurring billing authorization
By subscribing through Stripe and providing a payment method, you authorize us (acting through Stripe) to automatically charge that payment method the then-current subscription fee for your chosen tier, on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel. Renewals occur on the same calendar day as the original subscription start, unless that day does not exist in a given month, in which case the renewal occurs on the last day of that month.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Account → Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Credits already issued for the current cycle remain usable until they are consumed or until the cycle ends. We do not issue refunds for the remainder of the cycle (see our Refund Policy).
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices or credit allotments. Any change will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next renewal, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise prohibited content. You retain ownership of the inputs you upload; you grant us a limited, transient licence to process those inputs solely to deliver the requested output.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, specific AI output quality, or fitness for a particular printing workflow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
